IGN: DevilsLife or GetDeleted or NinjuhBoy Problem: Missing items/Mesos Details: Fredrick is working again so wanted to withdraw the money and scrolls that i had in my shop. Got a few scrolls but no money and 2 missing white scrolls. Can honestly not remember wich character i had it on but its on none of my characters, Only have 10 mil in the bank, 10 mil on all my characters and no whites on either of them. So clearly i didnt get them sold and i didnt apparently i didnt sell stuff either since i didnt get any money from Fredrick. Just wondering if you can do something about this or not. Its cool either way.
theres nothing we can do for you unfortunately as we only track if items get sold in merchants, and we dont see sold white scrolls for your characters so we have no evidence of you owning any
Hey! I made a post about a year ago or something about missing items from fredrik in FM. I noticed that I had left out some information that might be crucial, And as time has passed Ive become uncertain if it was actually white scrolls that I had lost. It was either white scrolls or chaos scrolls. Lately I have been thinking it was chaos scrolls. Think it was Tim who responded to my old post regarding this and said there was no way you could prove I ever owned them. Is there really know way to find out that I bought 2 Chaos or White scrolls from a shop in the FM? Can you only track sold items? not bought ones? Also the crucial information was that this purchase happened in the old source. Full story was that I wanted a break from Royals as everyone I played with quit. But I had enough money to buy 2 White or Chaos scrolls, and I thought that I could make some easy money as these were cheap. So I put them up in my shop and just quit without further thoughts about it. Weird I know, but I would assume it had to do with me starting to play another game with some friends and just forgot about royals. Though the memory of me buying the scrolls and putting them up in my shop still lingered in my mind and thought repeatedly that I should go back on maple and either take out the money I made or just take the scrolls out from fredrik. Though when I finally did come back, the new source had landed and fredrik didnt work so I had no way of getting the items/money. Then when he started working again. I believe I found some scrolls at fredrik, but not the ones of higher value, nor the money from the chaos or white scrolls if they had been sold. But as Tim then wrote, there was no trace of me selling them. So could they just have been lost when the new sourced landed? Can you find any trade records to other players if If I for some reason gave them to a friend or something? (highly doubt that the last statement happened). Characters you might want to check GetDeleted NinjuhBoy DevilsLife Thanks in advance EDIT: Been thinking more about this and just in case you can find out if I spent money, could you find out WHAT it was on if it wasn't chaos/white scrolls. I am 100% I spent ~800m on something back then. If you have logs on transactions it should be one of the later ones in the old source.
Please don’t create multiple threads for the same issue, I've merged them. An admin will investigate your claims when they are able, we just ask that you remain patient while awaiting a reply as they're busy with other tasks as well.
you only sold two white scrolls this year (2018) on GetDeleted you have no chaos scrolls sold by hired merchant on any of those three characters
Sorry for my late reply, was not aware my posts had been merged nor had I gotten any alerts that someone was posting in this thread. So you were not able to figure out what happened to those ~800m I used in the old source then? In later days now I dont really care too much for getting this back, its more that Im curious as to what happened to it at this point. Thanks for your time
We've established it is something other than chaos/white scrolls. Giving us more info like a date range, possible bought items, etc. would better guide admins to assist, but since you expressed not caring too much for it (& it could have been multiple items spread over a long timespan) ill close this thread.
