I will wait here to respond your comment. I want to play this game. I reflected myself after I got banned for the first vote abuse. I don't want to get banned, don't want to Level up my Main Character. don't want to be rich, don't want mesos, so I have no reason to do vote abusing, no reason to use illegal program to get anything at all. I just want to play this game. I did not give my account to anyone, I did not share, I did not buy anything in real life, I did not do anything that is illegal. I never got CS or WS or anything expensive in gacha before, I did not have any expensive item, I did not swear or used bad languages, I did not criticize about this game. I like this game so much cuz when i lived in Korea I used to play maplestory before big bang. I bought zak regular, spent 3~hours to do zak quest yesterday. Reason I got many maple shield and work glove is when I sell leech in platoon Chronos, I loot a lot of maple shield, when I sell leech at the mob that gives leather, I loot it and exchange to work glove. Thats all. I never used any program to copy or get those items. I did gacha with both account when I did vote abuse twice when I got banned. I bought gacha about 16?? with the alternative account but my main account was banned for a week and then after ban appeal I got unbanned. So after the unban I never did vote abuse. I voted with my main account a day only because I believe GM can catch every vote abuse, IP address or anything illegal actions so I never tried anything wrong after my first ban.
Yesterday, I voted using my phone because I was selling leech in Ghost ship 1, and when I try voting on computer, it does not really work showing message "Vote again later something something time" . But using my phone, it works showing "Thanks for vote". I am sure that I did not ask to anyone to vote but I vote on my own only. The reasons that I vote with my Phone are: 1. Vote error with my computer. 2. Was selling leech, means busy to control. I voted 18:46 Malaysian Time. 6:46~PM

What kind of hacking was that?? I was writing good comment about GMs and I was planning to donate a lot of dollars because GMs looks Hard working enough to get a lot of money. Finding illegal players and punishing by banning is good work of Game managers and I would like to compliment how hard GMs working but unbanning innocent players should be fulfilled as fast as GMs can. I did not use any hacking or any program but yesterday When I was buying zakum regular service the when the zak's body was changing when it is killed I changed the graphic to lower version in the game option. that is all I did because MY friend said If unlucky when In zakum there are people who has been disconnected because of graphic problem. I got banned 1 time before and I don't want to get any ban because I know I am gonna be banned permanently next time. What kind of hacking is that. Please go and check that I 'did not use any hacking or something illegal'. You might be confused with the other person. I am not the one who use any programs or hacking. Please check it again. I think GMs can commit mistakes. In my opinion, banning innocent player is still considered OK as long as the innocent player will be unbanned after the correct process of Ban appeal and identification of the issues according to the rules and regulations of the game. But Permanently Banning Innocent Player can be considered as GMs' mistake which might lead the game to lose royal players. For online game, Players are customer and they are considered royal customers If they play the game actively, donate and put money in the game which is profit for GM. In this case I am potential royal customer because I was willing and able to donate money a lot, play mapleroyals actively and I was personally liked this game so much because It makes me feel like I am playing 10+ years ago maple story which I loved. You guys can lose only 1 player like this but from next time don't permanently ban innocent player and ban correctly T^T. I hope there is no more permanent ban of innocent players!

I just merged 11 posts you made within a few hours of each other and i locked the thread. You need to be patient and wait for the GMs to respond. They will unlock it once they have. Do not make a new appeal. If you do it'll be locked without consideration.

You need to be patient. There isn't a set schedule, the appeals are handled first come first serve, and continuing to post won't get it seen sooner (may even push it down the list more as it's now "newer" than other appeals). Locking again till an admin/GM responds.
I checked out your accounts and with additional information that was sent to me I have unbanned your accounts as you are not the same person as yolodude. Keep in mind you wont be able to play from the IP thats being used in the internet cafe as that got banned due to yolodude's actions
first of all I would like to apologise for taking your(Gm, admin) time. It could end as a failure of ban appeal which must be a huge disaster for me but I am proved right thanks to the Gms' flexibility. I was Okay when I got banned, waited for 15hours of appealing but when normal players spoke that I am the hacker, and told to leave the game in the forum chat, I almost cried and felt that i got witch hunted. Thanks for sparky95, Gms, admin, and especially Yolodude.
