Hi, i came back after a leave of absence. I logged in to find my level 88 Dragon knight Freyalise stripped of my scrolled equips and mesos. The hacker left 4m of my mesos (out of about 30-50m) and took every other useful item. As i had just come back from a leave of absence, i couldnt remember what items i lost. Roughly a +7 Sky ski, a 8 wa brown work glove,a +10 red battle empress and some other items. All my skills were reset also, for some reason. I also actually donated to the server so i hope i can get better help. I know the items are shit and the amount of mesos isnt alot, but i rather you do something about it rather than me knowing i wasted my time and money in a game that didnt care about its players getting hacked.
Please be patient, it isn't as simple as you think to figure out what the root of the cause was or who did this to you, if possible at all since you said you quit a while ago. I will try & get an admin to look into what happened to your items as soon as they can. Donating to the server also does not give you special treatment.
We have a backup of your inventory as of July 23. I don't know whether or not you have played since then, but would you be willing to let us roll your inventory back to how it was as of that date? Please note, your mesos would not be affected by this roll back.
