Closed Ip banned? maybe

    Hey, Im just now returning to the game and I believe my Ip was banned because of another patron (my brother) on my same Ip getting banned a couple months ago. I was just wondering if you could lift the ban on my Ip and obviously not on his account?
    any help would be appreciated,

    unfortunately we dont unban IP addresses from rule breakers however your account isnt banned and you can play on another connection
