Dear GM, IGN: KushiroRain, BurnItAllUp, Sannice Problem: Whenever I login, it just lagged followed by dc regardless of where I am, how many times I tried, what channel I am (tried several different channels e.g. 7, 10, 12, 16, 18) Details: Tried to login on 3 September 2018 from 8:30 to 9:23pm. Edit: by 11pm I am still dc-ing. KushiroRain - In FM, keep lag and even the FM NPC cannot load (as shown in pic), dc shortly after Sannice - in FM also, FM NPC able to load but lag and dc-ed BurnItAllUp - in Ulu1, lag and dc-ed The only character I can access right now is my HS Mule, HealBlessHS which works perfectly fine. I tried uninstalling the whole game and reinstall, restarted my computer too but it is still not working. Please help.
I saw one of the similar post requires these pictures so I just put here for reference on what I have in my MapleRoyals folder. Hopefully it will be settled soon so I can play Royals faster DX I do see several people with same issues as me. Just re-downloaded the client again today and wipe clean my folder before installing. So really unsure what else to try anymore.
Hi Mori, thanks for the reply. I have tried restarting whatever that can be restarted. I will just note down what I have tried: (All indicated date + time is SG Timing) NOTE: This is Computer A which i put it in my school halls for school purpose. I have another computer at my home which i will call it as Computer B for now On 3 September 2018, after having some issues with my school halls network, I was finally able to login after a long while (about 2 weeks break). However i realised that I was unable to login to my character (KushiroRain) as when I connect into the FM, it just dc and go back to the login screen. In a panic, i ask my friend about what I could do in this situation as he has been Mapling longer than me. He told me to reinstall Maple as there may be an update hence i have reinstall MapleRoyals and same problem still persists. On this date, i have tried logging in to KushiroRain, BurnItAllUp, Sannice with the same issues of crashing straight away after entering, regardless of what channel I tried to login to, map tried: Ulu1, FM. After that I tried to login my HS Mule, HealBlessHS, my storage character, KushiroSan, my noob warrior, Heros3xual, all these characters do not have any issues. On 4 September 2018, tried online-ing for KushiroRain, BurnItAllUp, Sannice, still having such error. Been playing at my noob warrior for the time being till solution been given. ALL ATTEMPTS TILL NOW HAVE BEEN TRIED IN COMPUTER A. AFTER SERVER CHECK: On 7 September / 8 September, finally get back home to use COMPUTER B, able to on in all characters without any issues. Since i thought this computer do not have a issue, i used a thumbdrive to copy all the MapleRoyals file in hope I can put it on my Computer A for it to work. On 9 September, in hope that Server Check will help resolve this issue, in Computer A, same issue persist. After trying reinstalling maple again, restarting router & computer, clean reboot with instructions from this website (https://royals.ms/forum/threads/how...-rush-monster-hp-and-level-clean-boot.106083/), tried copying files from thumbdrive, same issue persist. So far affected characters are: KushiroRain, BurnItAllUp, Sannice. Furthermore, even my noob warrior, Heros3xual has been affected too. Map tried: Ulu2, perion, fm. Summary: Problem: when enter into the character, at any map, channel, etc, it dc and go back to the login screen straightaway. Sometimes, NPC doesnt even load. Characters currently affected as of this date: KushiroRain, BurnItAllUp, Sannice, Heros3xual. Characters able to be login as of this date: HealBlessHs, KushiroSan Map tried so far: FM, Perion, Ulu1, Ulu2 Methods tried to resolve issue: Clean boot, reinstalling multiple times, extracting files from another computer to put in this computer, restarting router and whatever I could have restarted Hopefully this is quite detailed about things I have tried. I really doubt it is a PC problem as it doesn't really still explain why some characters can work some cannot @_@ I understand that this is an unusual problem that you all have encountered but really hope something can be done soon
please refer to attached video on what happen after i login to my character. Reason why i wanna use Computer A instead of Computer B in my hall is because Computer A is newer computer, hence it is less laggy, computer B is 6 yrs old already
After looking into this a little more, it sounds like your usual compatibility issue between Maple and newer computers which is most commonly solved by using an integrated graphics card or running the client in compatibility mode for Windows 7. Other things that come to mind: - unconfigured network connection between your new computer and router. - bugged equips triggering DCs when making the right movements, though less likely as you're staying online for a bit before crashing. Try the above and let me know what happens!
