The ban is for you as a person hence all your characters and accounts. I don't really follow your second post about pickpocket, you were not using that skill that is not why you were banned. You were banned for intentionally dropping mesos in a way to make them glitch and not blow up which makes killing bosses a lot easier and faster than if you do it without the glitch. Please note that if you get caught abusing any glitches again you will be permanently banned.
