How would you explain most of my chars have long rp hairs o-o and no lag at any time? my 156 bm maybe have male short hair but almost same level as you. tried also on my level 5x gunslinger to test if something laggy, nope i dont feel anything. When i was in hot my problem was near samiliar, few chars lagged on different clients and few not, around 8pm our time the lag start and end around 12am-1am
I had the exact same thing in early 2016 but I have no clue what causes this issue. Try to do the following: - leave your guild and rejoin after a server check - check that you have atleast one slot in every tab of your inventory I know those sound random and unrelated but iirc it helped me back then, could also try contacting your ISP and ask them to perform a reset on their side edit: check this post - https://royals.ms/forum/threads/dc-after-cc-or-login.64244/#post-337441

well , i already said it has no connection to the lag: "one's hair, eq or cash items are NOT determining factors for the lag" again im in Bezeq, and have no connection to HOT whatsoever. ill try the thing with the guild in few days when i have time (soon yom kipor so it might take me some time) i can guarantee that i always have extra space in any tab of my inventory. (i do item management with my mains at every item pick up, u can see it in my video ) my infrastructure and ISP are Bezeq. i highly doubt it's has anything to do with ISP since any other game work smooth at any time of the day, and this lag issue is exclusive to high level characters. if the issue was ISP or infrastructure it should have effect the low levels as well. so far the only constant factor is high level characters during nights and evenings. i have no idea how the game code is written or how the server set up or receive information but it's almost look like high level characters deliver to the server information differently than low levels, so it might be pokect issue or something... i'll still gonna have a talk with my ISP and i even might get technician to have a look at the infrastructure (might be old or suffered some damage or disturbance) again might take me some time since it's holidays time and i still got work and uni
after i saw the thread that yan put here i think its the mtu issue with the Router. i see royals server have some restriction on the MTU to 1458 , and i have 1500 by this site - https://www.speedguide.net/analyzer..._TOS=0&IP=84.111.124.229×tamp=1537039241 maybe this low mtu can fix it? can u guys tell me what your mtu? maybe because its to high
EDIT - I'm not 100% sure, but I think it may have worked for me. the command itself left my MTU at 1500, it didn't do anything. I went to my router settings, and changed it there. For any israeli using hot fiberbox router - I can help you do that if you want. this does require more testing, but for now, this seems to be working (did 5 mins of testing) Tried, sadly, not working still :\ does seem to improve it (can't tell for sure, it comes and goes, and only tested for like a few mins) but sometimes i'm getting large delays. tried dropping 10 mesos on my main, and measure the time between when I see it on my HS mule, to when i see it on my main, also the other way around (dropped on HS mule). I've measured delays ranging from 500ms to 7 seconds later. regardless of who dropped the coin, it would always appear in the HS mule's client first - sometimes a decent amount of seconds first (again, up to 7). This has been consistent. mobs as well - they lag more on the screen of my main char. @absolian TEST THIS SOLUTION OUT @lidorbalalli @Glowy can you PM me your discord? we'll voice and i'll help you check your MTU and change it if needed.
i don't think it worked. i didn't change anything and i don't experience any lag atm with both of my high level chars.
Can you update when you're lagging again? 2 mins before i did this - i lagged. did that, logged back in - no lags. (will update as time goes on)
atm no lag whatsoever, usualy at this time i can't even exit a map from massive laggs and dc every 2-3 min.. so far smooth as just like morning to noon..
i have hotbox 2 router no fiberbox so idk if its the same. i sent u my discord, i think i need to down little the mtu
@SunnyBoi @absolian ok i tried today to change my mtu to lower like 1458 or 1400 and its still the same lags. what we need to do? u guys still have the problem?
yes, i tested the lag every hour or so.. it's seems to lag for me as we speak.. i simply wait for a fix, since this issue is not from our end, and not much we can do about it.. if you want you can become part time trader and use low level to buy in cheap and sell high.. but this not as fun as grind your own meso or work on your main char . make ironman islander can be kinda fun..
are you sure your MTU is changed? the command in said post doesn't work for some routers! Have you tried changing your MTU? Sadly, I won't be here for the next 10 days or so, so if you want me to help you change your MTU today lmk!
I've been lagging like crazy starting just this week. I've never had any connectivity issues before this week. My character has NO NX items or cosmetic improvements and is not in a guild. I've also reinstalled the game at no avail. The lag is intermittent, right now the game is literally unplayable, last night the game was running fine with no issues.
the big questions are where you from? (since its so far a common issue only for few in israel) and are you lagging with low level or just high levels?..
can you test a lower level? around 1-20? just to make sure its the same issue the rest of us here experience..
