IGN: Reson4nce Problem: Account got hacked.. Details: I checked my account from the website this morning and remembered that I have 8k nx remaining. From 1 day ago, i remembered having 40+m mesos but when i just logged in, I had only 2k nx left and 100k mesos left! I cant remember if any items were missing but my inventory is weirdly arranged neatly which I had not done since I created this character. I've also played FluffyMS in these 2 days.
I can confirm that an unknown computer accessed your account, however the person knew your account details. With no evidence of this being caused by an issue we could have prevented, and the evidence pointing towards you simply having reused your account information somewhere else I can't offer to refund you anything you have lost because of this.
Can you give me the information of the attacker? After all, you are saying I logged in, so please give me the information of that machine (if you have - IP address, network name, traceroute log, time of login, OS, etc...) Feel free to publish it publicly. As the owner of the account I agree that you will publish all the information about the machine that logged in only one or a few times and is not the machine that usually logs in. Thanks!
