Can't Get Passed Character Selection Page - Help

Updated to new patch.

Once I enter character PIC, it dc and says "Unable to connect to game server" and brings me back to login page.

Please help.

 

I'm still unable to login.

I'm using latest patch, downloaded yesterday.

Please advise and help.

 

Same issue. It randomly fixed itself at some point yesterday after I'd reinstalled twice, but has recurred after I ran a clean boot + windows updated this morning.

Have tried reinstalling, uninstalling and then reinstalling, turning off my antivirus and turning off windows defender.

 

Update: I've somehow managed to fix it again... for now. I turned my antivirus back on, scanned my computer and then whitelisted MapleRoyals.exe if that helps.

 

Fixed. Culprit was Antivirus (I'm using free version of Avast).

Must turn off entire antivirus (not just some components).
