What GM banned you (optional): No idea My accounts aren't banned but I've been using 2 different connections to play the game. One of it is my home WIFI, and the other is my hotspot connection from my phone. I've been using my hotspot connection for boss runs so I wouldn't dc because it has been much more stable compared to my home WIFI. When I tried to login using my hotspot, it says I'm unable to do so. But when I'm using my house wifi, I'm able to login.
