Closed error code: -2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002)

Problem: Screen goes black and crashes with this error code shortly after trying to login to this character.
Details: I was able to login to this character the first time I tried it, but after hitting the lounge button by mistake I crashed and haven't been able to get back onto this character, as I encounter the problem previously stated. I am, however, still able to login to my other characters on the account without any problems.

Any help is appreciated.
