I didnt give out any info to my account, I havnt played either. So how can I found out if someone was playing on my account?
He hasn't played either, not when im home at least. He has his own account to play in. Hes got no reason or intention to be on mine.
Also changed my password and this shouldnt be an issue.ill do a way better job in account security if I can get my account back. This must be an accident. We do live in the same household and we respect voting rules within 3 players in the same household. We have 2 computers and a laptop. My "brother" does use my computer to play but he doesnt know my info. And if he does I just changed it. is there something more I can do to prevent this being an issue? Get him his own computer? Maybe sharing the same computer made this an issue. He's too young to work a job and afford his computer. Idk. Do we all need to be on our own computers at all times? We all have our own shit so Idk why we would be sharing accounts for.
apparently he did know your info as he took your shadower to zakum and asked your friends for lessons how to efficiently use meso explosion there, specifically pointing out in chat logs that he was not you. We consider this severe account sharing
I wasnt aware of that happening.You found out the owner of the account wasn't playing his account, NOT that I shared my information.I wasnt aware he had access to my account.(dont matter now. I changed my password. Ill changed my PIC next) Secondly he IS my brother and knows my basic information about me so I can't say I'm surprised he was able to.Can you define severe? We live the same household. I know i can prevent an issue like this happening again. Again, is this a perm or 30day ban?
this is a permanent ban based on the activity on the character (bossing / progressing in the game), you're responsible for your account details and security.
My brother didnt even know how to play my character. He was messing around in my account. You even said it yourself. Didnt even know how to bomb. This was obviously a one time thing and dont think its fair to be skipped right over the first offense. I mean thats the whole point right? 1st warning before it becomes severe. You guys just going to ban my account? Really? After months of playing. I think this should be re evaluated. Literally my one and only character.
