My main character cant be logged into for more than a second and then the game crashes with the error code-2147287038 Unknown Error 0x80030002 I can log into my other character fine but my main has everything. Ive redownloaded mapleroyals a few times but they wont install because it gets stopped for virus detection so ive reinstalled through an earlier setup.
I've moved your thread as it's an issue specific to your character, can you please edit your post to include all of the necessary information? IGN: (Your character name) Problem: (Eg: Voted but didn't get NX) Details: (Explain what happened as clearly as possible, including information you think might be relevant. If you have lost items, please list them here, with screenshots if possible.)
IGN: Typography and Aloud Problem: The game will only let me log on for a split second and then D/C me giving me the code 2147287038 Unknown Error 0x80030002, I used my second character and it seemed like it was working until I tried to change channels and then it did the same, D/Cing me. Details: I was gone for 2 weeks on vacation and prior to that the game was working fine and when I came back MapleRoyals wouldn't load for me. I've tried to look at reasons why online and followed those steps, such as delete anything that has to do with Maplestory and I did which did not work, to redownloading MapleRoyals which I cannot as the new files apparently contain a virus and my computer wont recognize it even with my override.
So I re downloaded the newest files of MapleRoyals 9/22/18 and when I run the files on my computer it recognizes that there is a virus in the newest version, I ignore it with AVG but my computer insists that there's a virus and wont let me complete the installation. Any advice?
That's the same problem every setup we release has, I am not familiar with your specific antivirus and setup, maybe you have Microsoft Defender active. You still have something active that is incorrectly thinking the MapleRoyals.exe is a virus, as usual, and you have to figure out what you have on your computer that does it.
