Closed My NL cannot enter Krex

    Problem: cannot use the krex portal (at ruins of krexel 1)
    Details: I am a returning player and haven't done bossing for more than a year. I tried to krex today but my NL couldn't get in. I think this is a character issue cuz my se and hs mules could get in. I relogged several times but it still didn't work. If anyone has any idea about this, please let me know.

    p.s.) I did not receive any error message like "you can only enter krex twice a day". It just looks like my NL cannot recognize the portal

    Yes I did. I used to krex alot with this character back in 2016
