IGN: Zofran Problem: Need to enter two codes - a pin and a pic. Details: I thought there is either a PIN or a PIC, not both. But then I go to my character and a PIC pops up as well. Is this normal? Also, I have contacted 2 different Admins about a PIC reset, but they have not responded. Any idea on how long it can take to get back with me about this?
The 4-digit code when you initially login should appear anytime you connect from a new connection. The longer code on character selection will have to be entered every time you login. An admin should reply, eventuallyTM
Hi again, anyone know what is the average waiting time for an admin's reply? I'm still waiting up to this point.
