Why do you think you got banned?:
So, I'm rather new to the server (2,5 week) and didn't think I was doing anything illegal. Now the only thing I can think of that might have been illegal is multi client.
Which would surprise me because a lot of players have been recommending me to make a second account and use multi, making me believe I wasn't doing anything wrong.
If it is, I thoroughly apologize but I genuinely wasn't aware of such a rule existing.

Could you elaborate, what is vote abuse? I mean I vote on each account once every 24 hours, is that abuse?
the rules say:

1. Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Punishment: First offense - 14 day ban, Second offense - Permanent ban. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense.

I figured that means voting once PER account, it doesnt clarify at all. I didnt do anything dodgy to make that happen, I simply used my phone too or asked my brother to vote.
I'm sorry if this is illegal and I can promise you I wont "abuse" again, but wouldn't a warning suffice in this case?

 

If you are voting on multiple accounts through that 24 hour period, you are violating the rule directly, as it states you are not to be voting more than once per 24 hours. This means in total. The voting rules are also summarized on the website when voting and a link to the full voting rules is also there when voting.

 

I do apologize for interpreting wrong but come on, 2 week ban for a misunderstanding? I've barely even played 2 weeks how much abuse could that have even been.

This is a warning. Major vote abuse is a permanent ban, but since we did not deem you as crossing that threshold, you only have a 14 day ban.
If you are in doubt of the rules, there are many staff and players willing and able to help you interpret them.

 

Yeah very useful to elaborate on rules after banning someone for a longer period than theyve been on the server. Top notch work.
