I have been getting weird messages either on MapleRoyals or on GTOP 100 that I have voted before this past 3 days when I am quite sure I haven't. Is someone using my IP to vote? I have not been able to vote this past couple of days (though granted I just came back to this game a few days ago). I have been ignoring when the site tells me I have voted during times I am sure I haven't.
I tried voting again today at around 5:40pm server time. Again, it told me that I have already voted and to vote again in another 11 hours and 21 minutes. That would mean someone has voted 5:01am server time which I wasn't even online then. This is the screenshot I took. I only have a single account and my NX hasn't increased either. Do look into it. Update: I tried voting today at 1:20pm server time, it went through. Any update on the investigation? Or at least an explanation on why you brought up this McSeahorse character?
Your characters are not banned, it seems like you were trying to connect from a banned IP. Try to restart your router and you should be able to log in. Regarding your vote issue, please make a thread in Technical Issues.
