all classes train the same places (bishops too) EXCEPT fp mage.

10-35 : zombie teeth orbis
35-42/43 : wraith (use stoppers if non mage)
43-65 : mp3 (use stoppers until you miss 20% of the time)
65-75: WR leech
75-78 : WS leech
78-85 : harps leech
85-90 : ulu1 leech
90-105: ulu2 leech
105-135 : petri leech
135+ : ob2/ob4/krex/zak (except mage)
130+: Mages sell leech at highest mob u can 1 shot.

WELFARE | UNFUNDED | FIRST TIME NOOB-
10-25: bubblings
25-40: teddies
40-50: wraiths
50-75: mp3 grind
75-90: WS grind
90-120: ulu1 grind (ungodly juicy spawn)
120-135: Petris and do tot quests for free exp
135+ : ob2/ob4/krex/zak (except mage)
130+: Mages sell leech at highest mob u can 1 shot.

F/P MAGE ONLY

10-40: Same as above
40-50: Fire extinguisher mob at singapore (Fire arrow)
50-58: GS1 (Fire arrow)
58-80: Death teddies/Master death teddies (Poison Brace training- you miss 80% of the time but you only need to hit the mob twice to kill it)
80+ : Petris (Mist training. Mist never misses and is aoe. just last hit with magic claw or explosion)
130+: Sell leech

 

1-135 leech gtfo

I don't think lv 10~15 is efficient to train at bubbling. Especially for unfunded I doubt they can even hit bubling.

I'd recommend the following:
Lv 8/10~15ish: training quest from job insteuctor.
Lv 15ish~17ish: NLC to answer mayor's question.
Lv 17ish~lv 18ish: kerning B1 jump qiest (free level when you turn it in)
Lv 18ish~lv 25: bubbling or land of wild boar 2
Lv 25~40: wild boars or teddies
Lv 40~50: Jr wrath, wrath, straw dummies
Lv 50~75: straw dummies, MP3, coolies, FoG
Lv 75~135: wolf spider, ulu1/ulu2, skele, petri, ToT

10-30: zombie teeth orbis
30-35: straw dummies
35-65: straw dummies, coolies, FoG, MP3, Jesters (how early you can go to each depending on your gear and job)
65+: leech at appropriate location or grind at wolf spider, ULU2, Hime/dreamy ghost, ToT, etc.

Poison training all the way is way faster!

10-40: Same as above and max poison brace first
40~48: Jesters
48~80-: Master Death Teddies/squid/newtie/petri
80+120 : Petris
120+: self/Sell leech
