After accidentally selling an item, I typed the command '~buyback' and the menu didn't come up (I had done it before, so I knew what to expect). I decided to give up on the item, and started to head back to training. When I got to the portal, I wasn't able to enter the portal, no notification saying I couldn't go there, just simply wouldn't go through the portal. I tried the portal to the FM and a couple other portals on the map (NLC). Thinking it maybe lag, I tested buffing, attacking, chatting, and using pots (your basic server-side actions). If it had been lag, I wouldn't have been able to do any of that. So, I relogged and was able to go through portals just fine. Once I got back to where I was training, I tried the buyback again, to test it. Again, the problem with going through portals propagated again. The only way to resolve it is to relog, which is why I consider it a moderate issue. It does have a work around that's not too problematic.
