Hello, I've been trying to log into my account over the course of a few hours now today, and every time after I enter my PIN in the soft keyboard in the char select screen, the client immediately crashes to desktop with no error message. I was playing just fine a couple days ago on a desktop on the same IP address, however since I've installed the game today on my laptop, I've been unable to get past this error. Char name is the same as account name. I have deleted all files and reinstalled twice, run in compatibility mode win7, and tried creating a different account to access the game. Nothing has been able to work. Thanks for any assistance.
Usually restarting the pc fixes this problem. If not, try updating the lan/graphic drivers from control panel, device manager.
