IGN: Holyple Problem: I can't log in mapleroyals, so tried to connect to another ID and succeded. Detail: I can see this phrase "this is an ID is already logged in, or the server is undder inspection." when i try to log in I suddenly log out when i was market. I tried several time. First time, I felt that server was too slow to play unlike ordinary. Second time, I turn it off and take some time and restart that but I couldn't play because the screen does not go over after selecting a channel or pressing the character pic number. And I tired a few time, but just can see "this is an ID is already logged in, or the server is undder inspection." So I leave a message at forum shoutbox and thankfully GM Muff told me that situation. And after a while, I saw a piece written by people who are having problems like me, and I also wrote it like this.

@Luna I saw you left a link. Is it about analyzing each other's situation to solve technical problems, and the character issue is writing to officially solve the problem? It would be nice if it didn't happen, but I asked you to refer to it the next time it happened. Thank you for your reply.
that link is for our record of stuck players. Character issues is used to pinpoint, well, character issues. If your issue is known and there is already a link for you to post a record on and a process to follow, then your character issues post will be closed and you will be lead to the right process. Follow instructions on that post if you see that message when u log in, simple as that
