I have a dilemma. When I woke up this morning, two people had A/W:ed the Ski. One was first to call it, obviously.
My first thought was, the first one should get it. On the other hand, if the second person is willing to go beyond the A/W price, is it right to neglect him because he was late?
Has anyone been in this situation before? How did you deal with it? I want all involved to be happy. Skiing season is here soon, but the factories ain't producing many good skis. (first snow came here today!)
