This guide was made prior to update #58 (released 13 December 2018) which implemented the change to summon farming: “Items dropped by mobs that are killed by summons will no longer be lootable by pets.”

Yup, sure is! That's how I made my own fortune. You must be able to respond to someone at the time you resummon though of course. Otherwise you're macro botting, permanent ban.
