you're not even close to the correct date which is a bit worrying for you, the account has been banned because it was accessed by a hacker. If you can't remember your old forum account i'm afraid i can't belive you that you are the real owner and the account remain banned in that case

We have no reason to belive you are the owner of this account because you claim that you remember the date of birth/date of creation yet you can't remember your old forum account (and the date of creation you said was off by alot than the real one).
