    It seems to me like your antivirus is still doing something to that folder. Can you try disabling your AV when installing and running the game and see what happens?

    Fixed, I'm not sure what I did but I turned off M.Essentials reinstalled, and some popup asked me if I would like to modify,fix, or uninstall.
