Closed Ban appeal

Last thing you did: Bought some leech i think (haven't been on in a few weeks) Just tried logging on then and once i put in my user/pw, it disconnected me.
Why do you think you got banned?: Not sure honestly, not even sure if i'm banned or not.
Ban message when attempting to log in: "You have been disconnected from the login server, please try again"

please list all your characters. have you downloaded the new files?

 

I'm pretty sure i only have those 2, could be wrong since i haven't played in a bit lol, i play on my alt account under the ign hanbrolo though. i uninstalled the game and re-downloaded it so i assumed that's downloading it w the new files, could be wrong though.

 

have you tried restarting your modem?

 

i haven't no, i'm not eager to play or anything, i just wanted to know if i was banned or not haha
