Solved [Solution Given] Error code -2147287038 (Unknown error)

My game keeps crashing when i enter certain areas on some channels for example FM on any channel or Kerning city on channel 1 only.
I read the FAQ thread and this is a different code than the other -2147 one but i will try updating my drivers anyway.
Please post constructive feedback.

 

All drivers are updated to the latest version and it is still not working.
Please post ideas on how i can fix my game client.

This looks like you don't have the latest .wz files for our game. Can you tell us where you downloaded the setup files from and how long ago, please?

 

I downloaded the v62 version from Pirate bay.

 

OK, you need to delete that and download our setup files from here:

That fixed it, thank you. The original reason why i picked the other download source was due to the slow download rate.
