Hi guys. Well, this is a very relevant topic for me right now, seeing as I'm on a low calorie diet. You see, my favorite food for me, would probably be protein based foods like whole grains, beans, meat, fish, and vegetables like corn, pea, broccoli, Camouflage, beetroots,etc. I try to avoid things like chocolate, cake, fries, snacks, candies, etc. I still eat Pizza though, it's very difficult not to eat that. I got addicted. When I was very obese I used to eat 8 slices of pizza a day or more. Now I am more cautious about that. There's many types of food so I guess its difficult to pick your favorite. But, for me, it has always been meat type of foods like fish, burgers, sausage and the like. Even though some of these, are not healthy. To be honest, I kind of had learned to love healthy food. There's this problem that, the healthier a food is, the less delicious it is. Vegetables are a good example.

Sharing a common interest with people is always a great way to connect with others, even if it's a common thing like food. Since you said you love protein based foods, and I'm assuming falafels are popular in Israel, try frying falafels in olive oil.
Lemon is my favorite food. I put it on everything. From steak to chicken to fries to bread. Almost every meal I eat has fresh lemon juice in it lol
