What do you use for transportation most of the time?

To tell the truth - I use buses the most, but sometimes, I ride a motorcycle for recreation purposes. I have a licence since I was about 20. Never learned how to drive cars, though.

This question is about transportation in urban areas, or inside your town. Not about transportation from one country to another, or about long distances.

Hi everyone, I'd like to tell you a bit more about my motorcycling experiences.

Well, I got my motorcycling licence a number of years ago, so I'm not new at this. You see, as a method of transportation it can be convenient - there is less hassle with parking, since a motorcycle takes up less space than cars. They're less expensive and fuel efficient. They're more enjoyable to ride than cars, atleast in my opinion. Cars require advanced driving skills, like reverse, parking, etc. A motorbike has disadvantages though, and one of the biggest is the vulnerability. Yes, I was almost hit by cars a number of times, but I'm very careful. I would say, "motorcycles are dangerous" - yes and no. It depends how you ride em, to be honest with you. For someone like me, it's not dangerous. I know what I'm doing. Outside cities, in highways, I try to avoid riding a motorcycle. In these cases, I take a bus or a taxi. Motorcycling is more a hobby than a regular, normal method of transportation. Some people would never touch a motorcycle, others really enjoy it. It's a matter of opinion. Cars can be as dangerous as a motorcycle - if you are not driving properly. Anyways, I like it as urban transportation, but highways are too extreme to me. I guess I wont find many other motorcyclists on these forums, but whatever. We all like what we like.
