Closed Maple crashing when trying to login to a specific character

There is a ban remaining on your account. Please open a thread in Character Issues using the following format:
Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account.
Character Name: Buiietclub
Additional Information: According to the troubleshooting guide there is a ban on my account. Is it possible for only one character on the account to have the ban? I can login to all my other characters no problem, even those within the same account. As far as I am concerned I have also not broken any rules on that character. If I did and am ignorant about I apologize.

This is common to me, and I believe has been around for awhile.

All I do is open 2-3 clients quickly, and/or "run as admin" option.

 

Ive tried this and doesnt work. Any help from staff please?

Uninstall the game, download the setup and reinstall using the link above.

It is also important to note the Troubleshooting Guide would not point to a ban with that error.
