    Last thing you did: Offline for a long time
    Why do you think you got banned?: I don't know exactly the reason, I have just played this game again after nearly 2 years offline but I think it comes from fault that called 'Vote abuse' because my brother used my account in the past.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    What GM banned you (optional):

    I just don't know exactly why my accounts were banned, I do not anything wrongly, I try to logging my account now but I can't. Please unban my accounts or show me the reason please.

    you're permanently banned for major vote abuse. furthermore, you admited account sharing with your brother, your ban will not be lifted

    I didn't admit that I share my account with my brother. My brother used computer in my house to vote. I didn't share account with my brother. I just asked him to vote for me when I was busy. I don't think he know my password. Please consider to check again. I think there's mistake here.

    based on the connection/pc they have been logged in from, you're the owner of them all. even if we assume your brother exists, there are much more than 2 votes/day coming from your characters and some of these characters that you voted on are level 50 for a while.

    Sorry, I don't understand 'there are much more than 2 votes/day coming from your characters and some of these characters that you voted on are level 50 for a while'. Could you explain more detail ?

    You are only able to vote once per household unless you're in the whitelist , which you are not. Regardless, even if you were, there are more than 2 votes per day coming from both of your characters. The amount of illegit nx that you obtained warrant a permanent ban.
