Issue: Cannot get past character selection screen - MAC ban on account. Character Name: throwstuff, hannam69 Additional Information: I haven't played in a while, so I'm surprised that the troubleshooting tells me that my account has been banned. Can I at least get an explanation of why I would get banned in the first place? If it is because of the name "hannam69" is inappropriate, I can delete the character, as I was planning on to anyways. That's the only reason I can think of right now, so I would like an explanation as I put sufficient amount of time onto the account.
I'm sorry, it was just that the client was outdated. I thought the client automatically patches the game, I reinstalled and it works correctly. As for the inappropriate nickname I have mentioned, I'll erase the character very soon.. after I get all the items moved over.
