For context here's an example: https://bbb.hidden-street.net/items/scroll-for-armour/scroll-for-gloves-for-att-50 It's basically the same stats as a 30% scroll at a higher success rate with no chance to boom It may seem OP but I think a high price point should balance it out.
I remember when these came in GMS. Developers must have made some mistake in their calculations, because they were not too rare at all, obtainable at around 50M each iirc. I scrolled a a Reverse Alchupiz, I remember. They surely messed with stuff. A slot with 10% today costs around 4B. A slot with these scrolls should cost the same or more meaning the scroll itself has to cost 1.6B each. If they are not added with extreme care, it would probably mess with WS prices, and nobody would WS10 or WS30 anymore. Not to mention the role of Clean Slates in this equation... Nah I really think Royals should stay away from things like this unless they want to find a quick and easy way to completely kill the server.
It will only work if the scroll is extremely rare. If it's a common gacha item (like WS/CS) it will break the economy. With 50% scrolls nobody will use 10 and 30% scrolls anymore crashing the value of these scrolls, and scrolled gear will also become a lot cheaper. Perfect items will also lose most of their value due to how easy it is to make them now and almost every player could make their own perfect weapon for only like 4-5b
Agreed. To prevent a complete economy crash it must be either very rare or very difficult/time-consuming to obtain.
I would say, if they decide to release 50% pink scrolls, then make it very rare. On that occassion, it would be as expensive as white scrolls, or maybe more expensive. The 20% additional success rate compared to 30%'s is a very big difference, to be honest, and is similar to 60%'s. If it becomes available too easily, people will get OP. But, releasing it as a very rare Gacha item or something of that nature could be a good idea. It requires some thought.
