"voting rules" link directs to an HTTP link, instead of an HTTPS one. Sources show the reference is indeed an HTTP link, and clicking this causes blockage from my country.

Of course, I have no trouble viewing the link by right click -> copy link address -> then add the little "s" after http on the URL. All I'm saying is that the whole process is tedious and I honestly think the fix isn't heavy at all. Unless I'm visiting the wrong part of the site for some unknown reasons....

Anyways, can you check this part for me please?

And I think it's the case where I'm visiting the wrong part of the site, because the link works again (HTTPS). Strange.... The link is still HTTP, yet it directs me straight to HTTPS version automatically this time. It must be some weird bug, I think, does anyone else have this problem? I can confirm it's not local to my computer or the internet, as I have confirmed this for 3 different computers (one at workplace, one at my own house, one at my parents' house). It might be local to my country though... (I'm from South Korea)

    To summarize my issue,

    - Some links in this site is in HTTP, but it should automatically direct me to the HTTPS version, if I understand it correctly
    - There are some instances that the HTTP link does NOT direct me to the HTTPS version, resulting in popping up the warning.or.kr page instead.
    - It is not local to my computer, as I have had the same problem for three different computer & different locations (thus, different internet providers).

But in the end, it's just a minor inconvenience for me (I just have to copy and modify the URL), so I won't mind at all if this doesn't get fixed. The issue looks more complex than I have initially thought.
