@SaintziL Closing running background web browsers and applications or restarting your computer can solve this problem, but you might have to disable unnecessary network adapters by following these steps: 1) Click the Start button 2) Open your Control Panel 3) Open Network Connections 4) In the search box, type adapter 5) Under Network and Sharing Center click "View network connections" 6) Right click on any unused adapters, and click Disable Then try logging in.
I’ve started using a VPN (expressVPN) and have not had any trouble since. I think the isp network I’m currently using forces up changes often or something like that.
