i haven't started anything. people have read what both of us typed. i asked you if youd wanted to talk in jail which you normally did but you refused. you wanted me to take this to a ban appeal.
Please get back on the topic. I don't see what I said being bias. If you did nothing wrong, there's no need to worry about talking it out in ban appeal, or in the jail map. Ultimately it's the result that matters.
Nope, that's what you think. Perhaps go back to my last reply and read it again clearly, and answer those questions I have. I appreciate if you stop derailing and going out of topic, and going out of your way to attack me by saying I'm bias so on and forth.
Also, i have a question. in the first reply you gave me you said there is no reason for wasting your time by lying? i havnt lied to you yet. but yet you seem to have some evidence on me using third party programs. if i was using third party programs why am i in jail and not banned? isnt that a instant perma ban?

That's usually my standard reply when I deal with ban appeals, so don't think it's just specifically targeted at you. You're right, I should have banned you first, but that was a lapsed in my judgement as I was working late and got called to attend this matter. But since we've already discussed so far, I don't see a need to ban you already, seeing how you've answered most of my questions and me being rather satisfied with it. I am asking you how is it possible that you did what you did, if it's not for 3rd party program a.k.a I want you to tell me what you did exactly to get the spot since you claimed you did not use any 3rd party program (which raised some suspicion).

Like i said in the previous messages. im not out for drama. i tried to work it out and nothing came of it and im sorry you and the other game moderators have to deal with it. but when worse comes to worse you need to stand your ground you know. but here are my awnsers to your questions~
#1 i didnt even get the spot last night cause once i went to bed you warped me to jail without questioning I think its bad wording on my part. I did get the spot before you were called to fm 1 but I wasnt the one to keep it, as the current spot is a buddy from my guild. I can see why you would hold on to this point due to my poor choice of words. hope that clears the misunderstanding in what i meant by my discord message. #2 "i didnt open my permit for the public because i wanted to see everything EVERYONE was saying because they talk so much crap towards our guild" I hope you see the kind of problems you've created because of this. What good do you think it'll do to you and your guild by doing this? #3 I can see now what type of problems it may cause and how it may come across to players that view it from the side. I can see that many players follow the appeal and for them I say that Im not a botter. Farming spots is what I do for fun fm1 is my game. With that being said even when I didn't bot the spot I did something that made me and my guild look bad and thats unquestionable even if its a big misunderstanding. I hope that I will be given a chance to grow from this discussion. hopefully this gave the rest of the community some insight into how I really get my spots not involving any 3th party programs.
and finally Kai, Thank you for dealing with this in the most neutral way as possible. I have been experiencing harassment and banter in the past few months playing so I am used by now to have everyone against me. if you have any more questions of you need me to clarify something , I will be happy to answer them.
