I put time, money and effort into playing. I love playing maple royals. What I don't like is that I am constantly having issues. I have been able to play now the game keep deleting itself. The issues are never ending here. From unable to download. to unable to install to unable to keep the program on my desktop. Really. I am so super upset right now it's not even funny. Why are there so many problems to get in the game? I can't get the game to download and install and STAY there. My firewalls are all off, There is nothing blocking it. Its been allowed through programs. Allowed through the defender, everything off and still. NOTHING. This is really frustrating. Even people I invite to play they have the same issues. Can someone please help me.
Remember to add an exception to your Antivirus software to exclude the entire MapleRoyals folder...usually on C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) I had the same issue where my AV would detect the client as a Trojan and auto delete it. Hope this helps.
Show us screenshots of the exceptions that you made on your: Windows defender Firewall Anti-virus Anti-malware If you do not have any of these ignore the request for them. We will hopefully be able to help you ensure you're making the correct exception/have the right pathway.
