IGN : Angel Problem : Voted but didn't get the NX (56K NX) Details : Yesterday I voted on the website while the server was offline, and It didn't give the nx and saying "you have to wait 2 more hours" In that time I could vote. Logged Ingame and still didn't receive the 16K NX. Edit 1 : Yesterday It didn't give NX as well so update missing 32K NX now. Today vote gave NX. Edit 2 : Today (7/11/18) tried to vote and says I can vote the next 18 hours which means 48k NX lost. Edit 3 : Today (11/12/18) tried to vote and says I can vote the next 13 hours (56K NX lost now) Thanks In advance!
Did gtop100 say that you needed to wait 2 more hours? If so, try voting from a different internet connection.
Now I try to vote and It says I have to wait 13 hours till I can vote (It let's me get In Gtop everytime I try to vote today and says that daily time)
If gtop is saying that than there been on gtop from the IP you are voting from. Try voting from a different connection.
or try use different browser/ changing screen resolution/ changing timezone on ur device (every option will assign you a new fingerprintJS which is used to recognize from other users)
Since the mapleroyals site is letting you vote, the problem is clearly something with gtop100. You could try contacting them.
I don't think we will be refunding you, @Angel . Futak explained very clearly on why. The issue is not on our end.

Some incidents may be isolated. So you're better off waiting for Tim to respond. But it will take awhile.
