Closed Unable to connect to the game server

    Last thing you did: henesys...
    Why do you think you got banned?: Honestly im not sure if i even got banned, i get the "unable to connect to the game server" after i choose ch and enter character's PIC. seems off though cause my brother doesnt get it when he tries to log in his account through his machine
    Ban message when attempting to log in: unable to connect to the game server

    EDIT: now cannot log in from anywhere , still getting "unable to connect to the game server" after choosing ch and entering character's PIC and so do my brothers now

    #2 found out we are able to connect and play through hotspot (our phones wifi)... seems like a problem with the ISP.

    I asked other people from my country using the same ISP brand "HOT", for some reason they seem to be causing problems with connecting to royals. not sure why

    still doesnt work :(

    Tried everything, restarted the computer, the router, delete and redownloaded the game and even formatted my computer... messed with the compabilities in the launcher settings, did the flushdns commands and all of that.

    For some reason it seems our ISP brand might be blocking access to the Channels connections. because i can log in to my accounts and everything but once i choose the ch and enter the character's PIC it gives me this:

    Connecting through my phones 3G solves the case but obviously its just a temporary soloution

    It does seem to be an ISP problem. I have heard of Israel ISP giving such problems. Maybe @Yan can better advise.
