Moriasi was banned for macro botting and they are playing from your connection/computer so it affected you as well

 

Macro botting? That's my wife summon farming stoppers while playing sims with her BM. Did someone talk to her and she is not responding?

 

That is correct, summon skills were used with no response. If that is the case, please list your wife's characters so that we can verify your accounts log in history. It would be helpful if she can submit a ban appeal herself too.

May i also know how many device and connections your household is using?

 

I'm using 2 desktops and 2 laptops. She is using 1 laptop for her bishop, and 1 laptop for bm + Sims. I can list her characters here, and I can have her submit appeal as well. I know she got 3 accounts, but she only got 2 characters that she use IDK what's on her 3rd account. Bishop is Lucali, and BM is Moriasi.

 

May i know if you have applied for a whitelist? if so, which characters did you apply for, u may also pm me a link of the whitelist to help us speed up this process. In the meantime, an admin will to look into this to verify some claims

I'm still banned?

 

Well you have been unbanned and then banned again for account sharing with your wife. We had a suspicion and upon investigation we were able to verify that you were constantly playing her characters based on in-game chat logs that we have

 

In game chat log? Why would I use her account if I made my own SE mule, bishop, HS mules, months/years ago? I made those preciously because I don't use her BM and bishop.

 

Makes no sense to go through all those trouble if I account share with her.

 

I will share some of the chat logs with you, those are the relevant parts but i could write all of it if you'd like

Your wife doesn't own an i/l, only you do. She also claimed that she doesn't own one both in her chats and in her ban appeal (none of her characters is an ice mage), we believe you were using her characters mainly for farming purposes

 

People close to me know both me and my wife know that if they can't reach me on my characters or doesn't know which character I'm on they will try and track down my wife since it's easier she doesn't have many characters. They will reach out to my wife, and I will tell her to type my response on how to reach me.

How is this relevant? If BS and bm are enough, why do I have 19 accounts? That's clearly not me.

 

Also just to clarify. The reason my wife didn't continue to fight on her ban appeal is because she doesn't give a flip about this game anymore. She never used any 3rd party software. I'm sure if you look into w/e evidence you have whether it's video recording or what not. Her casting interval is impossible to be fixed since it was done manually she isn't macro botting or hacking. She is simply alt tabbing without looking and have recasting key on her ALT key.

If I'm really using the BS and BM, I would have continue fighting it. I didn't ask her to continue to fight to save you guys time since I know she will never play again even if she is unbanned so there is no point.

Long story short is I don't use her BM or BS.

 

One of many reason my wife stop giving a crap about this game is too many people trying to find me through my wife and it annoys the hell outta her. She doesn't like to talk to people just want to do her own thing.
Often when people tried to contact me through her, I will just tell her to contact me on my XYZ character and tell her what my respond is. I don't see how that's an evidence of me farming and playing her character. She coulda word it better saying "Jake says talk to him on XYZ". I'm sure you will find her whisper logs with that wording and over time she probably got lazy and answer it the way she did I had no idea.

Also if I'm really playing her account, why not answer it there? Why say "contact I/L" when I can just do it there? Makes no sense.

All those seems to me are assumption and speculation. Not evidence or verification.

Thats like saying if I jokingly say "hi I'm XYZ and I'm an alien from Mars", that's "verification" that I account share with an alien from Mars.

Not sure what you mean by it is an incentive for me to use her character when I have 4 priest/Bishop and 2 lv 200 AM of my own and my AM can one hit kill petri naked and I have a SE mule under lv 135 of my own. Her BM is so weak can't even one hit kill Voodoo with Phoenix. Why would I use that when I can farm with my mages much better and more efficient?

None of the bishop me or my wife own can one hit petri and her bishop is too high level to do lower level leech else where. Skele is complete trash now days so zero incentive for me playing her bishop.

Still don't see how this is relavent showing her playing her account.

Please point me to a T&C that says people working together collect mesos in one central location to avoid transfer mesos multiple time to lower the tax.

I do all the merchanting and she and I worked together to fund one character at a time.

I don't see why you have an issue for me to collect the leech money from my wife's leech customer.

 

Sorry for the late response. Your explanations to the chats are not convincing at all and based on the evidence we have we strongly believe you and her were account sharing for a long period of time. Unfortunately your ban will remain.
