Is it possible that the game wont work for an entire computer? and if yes please tell me why I redownload the game 5 times still doesn't work I will describe it, i enter the game all good, I put my login passwords all good exept the game doesnt ask for a pin code , I enter the server and choose CH and character all good, I put the PIC code not good, it return me to the login page saying that cant connect the game server and that i need to wait late. It seems like the problem always happen in the PIC code. by the way I have window 10 the did work couple of mouths ago, i didnt change the computer, I tried different accounts and tried redownload still the same problem. Thanks for your time
well my pic code is ABCDEF (not really) and i put ABCDEF', i have this key board on the screen and clicked ABCDEF so i dont think it is the problem
Okayyyy well I'm not entirely sure how to help you either (sorry), maybe try to PM an admin for help?
If you're referring to the code on login, it'll only be prompted if logging in on a new network or/and devices. For the code asked when you are selecting character, it will always be prompted (at least until the control panel is released). It seems like the one you entered when choosing the character is wrong and you probably failed too many attempts and got locked out. PM @Tim for help on resetting your PIN/PIC.
