problem :traded>10 speed 2 jump red ribbon from smolly to ahotenshi my other account

details : i have no evidence of having the red ribbon like that.
the following picture was after the trade i was panicking


re-logged 2/3 times since 8:40 am server time put red ribbon into cash shop 1 time since that time period.
i hope this is clear enough to understand and i hope my red ribbon will be restored to its original state it was in at 8 am server time.
a re-roll to a few hours back i do not mind that either for that character might be the easiest solution even
