You are correct, you have been permanently banned for macro bottling.

 

this is the rules stated on your forums, please note number 5, first infraction is a 7 day ban, not permanent. i'm not request an unban, just the correct time on my ban.


Moderate Infractions:

1. Staff Impersonation - The act of expressing, implying, or otherwise stating that you or your actions are endorsed by MapleRoyals staff, that you are a part of our administration or staff team when you are not, claiming privileges or rights by association to staff, or misleading players to believe any of the above. Solicitation - The act of advertising or soliciting any sort of commercial opportunities of any nature, including chain letters, pyramid schemes, investment opportunities or commercial advertising, or additionally providing access to any location that does the above. Punishment: First offense - 7 day ban, Second offense - Permanent ban.
   
3. Information Harvesting (Stalking) - The act of collecting any information about the game or any individual associated with the game, including players, ownership or any involved third-parties, without their expressed consent, regardless of the location of the act. Punishment: First offense - 7 day ban, Second offense - Permanent ban.
   
4. Glitch Abuse - The act of exploiting any errors in game design or any features or bugs, documented or otherwise, that are not meant to be available in order to gain any sort of competitive advantage. Punishment: First offense - 14 day ban, Second offense- Permanent ban.
   
5. Robotic Play - The act of engaging in robotic or automatic play which allows any character you own to function autonomously or affect any portion of the game without your presence. Punishment: First offense - 7 day ban, Second offense - Permanent ban.
   
6. Vote Abuse - The act of attempting to, or successfully, bypassing the restrictions of voting no more than once per 24 hours. Punishment: First offense - 14 day ban, Second offense - Permanent ban. Please be aware that, in cases of severe abuse as per discretion of staff, we reserve the right to respond with a permanent ban regardless of if it is your first offense.

 

Except that this is not considered robotic play, since you stated yourself that you set up a keyboard macro, which qualifies this as macro botting. You are no longer allowed to play mapleroyals.

 

I'm really going to need to to quote your game rules that state exactly "macro botting is a permanent ban" ,otherwise what i did falls under robotic play

 

because it's not a hack that affects the game files at all. it's just a button on my keyboard that simulates other button presses, effectively allowing me to play without being there.

 

Robotic play only comes into play when someone does something like holding down their skill key on their own while watching something else, or putting a heavy object on their keyboard while they go do something. Your offense was using a sophisticated keyboard program to cast multiple skills and move your character with you not being there.
