so buyers have to be precise.

When you say "4b is not equal to 10cs/ws" and say 5b doesn't mean worth of cs/ws, what I mean is, I prefer everything in bil coins. and especially his offer does not beat the current since cs/ws, you need to sell them, which means tax, and by the time you sell all of them, you get less than the other offer, which is 4 bil coins, and 4cs. and this guy's offer is just cs/ws and meso top up. which is far less than the c/o if you calculate all the tax when selling cs/ws.
