Sure , its most likely a joke , but that's the only way to enforce this rule efficiently. It's always sad to see this kind of bans , but it's like a grey area since you cant prove it and therefore real RWTers could abuse it to find a way out , Everyone could just say they were joking . The RWT issue is very sensitive here as (imo) it almost killed this server which is still recovering from that era thanks to the hard work the staff and some players put in order to catch the ones who cheat , so yeah the punishment for this offense is reasonable imo ( maybe a few months ban could be fine too ? But that's a whole new subject)
I would assume you want to RWT but are lowballing me, since the lowballing on this server is second only to the griefing.
Talking about real money is taboo in the game. They are being way too harsh about it, but you’re supposed to know the rules and everyone know you get banned for any rwt mention.
If people who broke the rules owned up to them and took responsibility and didn't waste weeks of staffs time with appeals to satiate their greed- I'm sure those sort of jokes wouldn't be a problem but alas.
It depends entirely on the context. It’s sad that people can be reported and banned when statements like these are made. I respect that the server is strict towards RWT but probably not as far as punishments towards an intentions. You don’t send someone to prison because they intend to kill someone but you’d try to provide the help that they need. If that’s what you are concerned with. Oh well it sucks that the rules can be abused (in a way) but, that’s how mafia works.
