IGN: sonnybish Problem: Missing cash shop items Details: I had 3 robos for a year.. Red Green and Blue. I had 3 ROBO BUDDIES for a year. I go to equip the robo buddies to the robos, I have only 1 robo buddy. Missing the other 2. Also lost the robo EFFECT when green red and blue robos are equipped. Also just found out the dragon effect is NOT working either. Balrog, Cargo, and Yeti effect also not working. edit: Still waiting...... waiting...
Is anyone going to fix this and give me back my 2 robo buddies? And fix the effects ? It has been a while now. Thank you
Well, Its been a while and still no effects when equipping the pets, and no robo buddies back on the acct. Noticed: Why is my item ignore grayed out?
Please help us better understand what happened by answering: 1. Do you have screenshots proving you've owned the pets? 2. Could they have been transferred to a character on the same account? 3. Do you recall any strange events or doing anything beforehand that may have caused them to go missing?
Hi Sof, I can take sses of them all if you want. Right now the effect IS working for the robos and the dragons. They were not working from the day I posted this message until 4 days ago. Also I might have an ss of all 3 robos buddies equipped on the 3 robos. I have to look thru a ton of screenshots. I know I had 1 for each of them. Now I only have 1. I'll check and find an ss for you. None of the other chars on the acct has ever used any of the pets, as 3 chars r for storage only and I just made another char b4 the xmas event. She has her own pet. No. I didn't notice anything different or strange when they went missing. I do know sometimes the items for the pets get stuck. But so far have not located the 2 robo buddies. And the item ignore is still grayed out that I have.
If I’ve understood you correctly, the issue somehow fixed itself? Trying to figure out how... effects weren't tweaked in the latest pet update from what I'm aware :x
Okay so now I am still without 2 robo buddies. And also I have NOW LOST one of my darn Demonic Trios. What is going on here? I have Mors Metus and Invidia. I have had them for a LONG time. They EACH have their own Demonic tri0 buddy. I am missing - 2 robo buddies 1 Demonic trio (#1) I am not understanding why these are disappearing. On my pets I ALWAYS have 3 buddies for each set of pets. Have had them for over a year or more. I need these buddies back for my pets please. It has been a LONG time now. Since november for the robo buddies to get back.(Still haven't gotten my 2 back). And today noticing a demonic trio buddy is gone.
The effects starting working again but I am still missing 2 robo buddies(SINCE NOV 2018) and NOW today I noticed I am also missing one of the demonic trios. I had 3 of them for Invidia, mors, and metus. Something is wrong with cs items. I am really not happy.
1. I do not have screenshots to prove I bought them. As I never thought I would lose them. But every set of pets always got the pet accessories. I wouldn't buy just one or two. All 3 get them. Of each set. 2.No other characters use them except the reaper on my bowman. I always buy other characters their own pets. 3. Nothing strange occurred. Just took the set of pets out and found out the pet accessories were missing. Yesterday as I stated.. I took out the 3 demons and 1 of the accessories are now missing.
OK NOW I had to go buy ANOTHER demonic AGAIN. SO now here is proof there are 3. If they go missing again I am NOT buying them for a 3rd time. Also, I just bought 1 ROBO Buddy . Now I have 2 I have to get more nx for the 3rd one AGAIN. This will be proof that I have bought these accessories for the 2nd time now. The sses will be here to refer to when they go missing again. You can close this now I guess.
