yes, those are my accounts. when i start playing, i did not read any rules until i get banned for the ban evasion. after i get vote abuse, i tried reading other posts and only know cannot vote like tat.

 

hi GMs, i would like to ask for some helps regarding about my ban appeal and mac ban. thanks.

firstly, on 18th jan 2019 i was banned due to vote abuse for 14 days starting from 18th jan until 1st feb 2019. before 14days were over, i played new account and caused ban evade which doubles my punishment of 14days to 28days. on 1st of feb, i tried to login and the message box stated ban duration until 15th feb, meaning that my accounts will be unbanned on 15th feb 2019. Yes, it is true that my accounts have been unbanned now, however i cannot login due to possibility of mac address ban.
GM Yan told me"You are banned for evading your permanent ban" in my post on ban evading. However, i does not have a perm ban, therefore the ban duration is been doubled to 28days only.

Hi @GM Tim , i encountered my accounts were having "Blocked or deleted from connection ".

 

yes i have tried to restart the router and laptop but still having this problem. so i also tried using my phone data to connect but still cannot.

 

Tim ,i have tried restarted it again.. sometimes when i logged in my char until i put in my 2nd pin, the maple straight closed and popped up, u have been disconnected from the login server , sometimes when i tried to login after typing the password, it showed me "Blocked or deleted from connection"

yesterday night i was still able to login normally but after 1 hr+ when i tried to login, it popped up this "Blocked or deleted from connection". then i cant login until now. Could u tell me what should i do?

 

Tim, i can login my account with another laptop but it wont works if i am using my original laptop. what is the problem?
