Problem: Cannot pass character selection screen
Details: I have restarted my router (i don't know if correctly) and it still doesn't work. This is the second time happening within a month i'm pretty sure.

i tried restarting my router again and it does not work. If i try to log in right after, it tells me that i'm already logged in

what does that mean, "on data"

 

Mobile data.

 

I mean the data connection (3G/4G). When i arrive home I cant pass the selection too. I have to use my 4G connection or a nearby cafe wifi to access the game :<

 

Try restart your router too.

The log in screen, but the problem has solved itself again
