Closed Losing White Scrolls

Okay, so I've lost a couple ws's these past few weeks. I understood later on that it was bcus of this so called "Legendary Skill", which I commonly use.
Apparently White Scrolls are being used if you've got one in your inventory when you use a scroll on an item in the leg. skill window.
And there's no option that tells you if you'd like to use your ws. Even though it says with a small WHITE texture "use ws" in the window, figured that out after several of ws's unwillingly being poof'd.

But this time, actually just before I made this thread, which I'm very upset that I have to do. I just lost another WS bcus of some unknown bug?
Never heard anyone talking about this that I'ma bout to explain to you the best way I can, pardon my english and spellings okay?

I got the WS from nlc gacha (wooooh!), then checks inventory for a bathrobe bcus I got a OA int 10% from it too. Wanted to make space in my inv. for more scrolls from nlc, so I equipped the bathrobe which I had and clicked one time on the oa int 10% and used it on the bathrobe while I was wearing it. Then I heard some kind of "beep" sound (popup window maybe?). I'm not entirely sure that It was a popup window since I didn't see it, it just happened sooo fast. I didn't even hover over the ws/click it, not even looking at it when I got it lmao. This pisses me off quite a bit, someone with a kind soul would you mind checking my logs? Someone from my buddylist told me to make this thread bcus of this and said I should ask for that on this part of the forum.

I swear on everything I love and I'd literally chop my sapphires jewels off if I was lying about this. This must be some kind of bug or whatever, help me asap.
I can't be the only one that this has happened to, I know multiple ppl who lost their ws's through the legendary skill and not using/click or even hovering over the ws and it's being used. Just like for me, multiple times on different chars. At first I thought I was being hacked wtf, but ofc that hasn't been the case. It gets extremely frustrating now that I finally realized that I shouldn't touch the leg. skill whenever I've got a ws in the inventory. But then this happens??

Like you said, you accidentally used it due to Legendary Skill.

 

No I did not? I've done that multiple times before, but that wasn't the case this time.
You clearly didn't read, I used the oa int 10% on the male bathrobe while i was having it equipped.
This time I did not use the legendary skill (which however should be fixed asap to unticked/not uses whitescrolls unwillingly).

 

You can not use the item you are wearing atm while scrolling it with legendary skill, it's just simply impossible

 

You definitely used your ws here. WS tick is checked by default and you used it upon closing the window (which you did not read)

Next time be extra careful when dealing with white scrolls, one might even say its not a true royals experience until you get screwed by them.

 

I totally agree with you, but it's literally disgusting that this happens. When you've grinded up votes and spent hours getting nx, hoping you get something good from the gachapon and when you finally get it, it's gone within the blink of an eye?

Was extremely careful this time i used gacha, right before i made this post. But then it disappears when I'm not even using the legendary skill?
And I'm not even getting the chance to click "Use"/"Yes" or "Cancel"/"No" <---- Which should be a choice when scrolling if you have a ws in your inv.

I guess i've got to flash jump directly to the storage keeper and put it in there once i've got another ws!!

^ Doesn't mean a window showed up, I also stated that I wasn't entirely sure thats what it was sinceee I never saw it?
There's no how come, I'd never go against my words lmao.

The main thing about me doing this thread was simply that I didn't get to decide whether I wanted to use my WS or not. (Without the leg. skill)

How come? This thread isn't about the legendary skill.
Once again, I used my 10% scroll on my bathrobe which I had equipped, and no message showed up.
Suddenly both the 10% and my WS was gone, most of the replies here are to no help wtf.

I appreciate that you are actually trying to help, even looking up other threads.
But if you read what's been written, what the hell are these replies I'm getting?

Specially the first reply, the person might have been drunk tho since it was a Saturday night but I don't know for sure.

Yeah I'd assume so too, but from what I know, literally tons of ppl whom I know or has spoken to has had issues recently and months ago with scrolls.
And that's not just problems with scrolls, I guess we'll just have to wait and see. Another thing is that it might be bcus people don't know where to post or they feel like it's too much of a hassle to post. Some people don't even speak English which is optimal to get help here on the forums, I'm just guessing.

From now on I'll record myself when using gacha and when I'm using worthy scrolls, should've since the beginning but I didn't think that was needed

 

TL; DR - not a bug or the bug reports section.
You can request or suggest a new method to prevent this from happening at the suggestions’ threads.
