Post your 1rm for your proudest lifts & your bodyweight Bodyweight- 66kg (145lb) Bench- 90kg Deadlift- 165kg edit: made gains brahs so close to 2 plate bench 4 plate dead. still phat as phuck tho, 18% bf.
Bw 70kg Bench 1rm 100kg Any tips to increase strength? I realise as I push more weight, my arm ran out of air. Any method to increase tricep strength? Have added weighted dips recently
Run a training block with close grip (spoto, board, or pin press are both options as well) as either a primary or secondary movement and hammer away at the overhead isolation accessories (think: things like skull crusher and overhead extension variations).
Just try to increase strength everyweek, try to increase the weight, or the rep/set range. Also try out close grip bench press, it trains the long head and also the medium '' medius '' and gives lots of extra strength.
I have no idea what my 1rm is, I started lifting about 6 months ago Body weight :235lbs Height: 6'2 Bench: 245lbs 7 sets of 8 reps Deadlift: 315lbs 3 reps for 7 sets Squat: 245 5 reps for 7 sets Idk if you can determine a 1 rep max based off that but yeah.
Body weight: 160lbs bench:325 deadlift: 485 Not interested in pushing big weight anymore, more into aesthetics and livin healthy, but proud non the less.
I was striving for 2x body weight bench for a long time. Dumbell bench press really helped me get passed my plateau and build that extra strength. Got up to 3x12 100lb dumbell. Also dumbell press shapes the pecs a lot better in my opinion for that sweet aesthetics XD
I mean I can record it? I didn't think it was that much. My goal is to do 315 by the end of this year. Idk if this means anything but I try to do like 500 ish pushups a day
Body weight, 75 kg. I once carried a friend on my back and crossed the street. And that friend had my brother on his back during that. Both were my weight. Still carried them harder in LoL back in the days though, ahaha
It’s totally realistic for your height, bw and experience level. Your squat and deadlift are lagging in comparison to your bench though.
yeah, I know I have a herniated disk in my lower back so I haven't done anything other than some dumbbell squats and lunges for then past 2-3 months :/
hes mega heavy so not unbelievable. bigger you are, stronger you are- even if youre untrained. An obese noob will be as strong as a skinny guy with 6 months intense training
850 lb/385 kg Body weight 172 lb/78 kg 5’11’’ bench press weight is 1/2 of deadlift tho cuz my legs are stronger XD, and my inseam to floor is 0.485 my height Hope to reach 1000 lb/450kg this year (or even better 1100 lb/500kg)
Theoretically, if u jump 1 meter above the floor, the moon would be about 10^12 Planck length (~10^-23 meter) further away from the earth. You could actually lift the moon now.
